Are you in crisis or know someone in crisis? We have crisis VP, text, & chat hotlines available to support you 24/7/365 days a year.  

We will work with you to pinpoint the issues you are struggling with, and to develop an action plan towards resolving the issues.  The process involves information provision, advocacy (i.e., personal, legal, and/or medical), emotional validation,  safety planning, and empowerment to reinforce your autonomy and self-determination.
